Our quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices may change after this period due to material or labour cost fluctuations.

5. Delivery & Scheduling

We’ll agree timelines in writing. Delays caused by you or unforeseen events may result in an amended schedule at our discretion.

6. Your Responsibilities

You must:

• Provide safe access and working conditions

• Obtain necessary permissions/licences

• Notify us of hazards such as asbestos

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and documentation remain our property until full payment. Upon payment, you gain usage rights for the intended purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses beyond what is reasonably foreseeable. Our liability is capped at the total fees paid for the relevant service(s).

9. Liens

We reserve the right to remove our installed items if payments are not made as agreed, in accordance with UK law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the relevant courts.
