Role Overview
As a Multi-Trader Operative, you will carry out a wide range of repair, maintenance and refurbishment tasks across our commercial and residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out a range of general maintenance and repair tasks across commercial and residential sites
Respond to reactive callouts and complete planned works efficiently and to a high standard
Deliver repairs across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting and decorating
Support refurbishment and fit-out projects as required
Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations
Communicate effectively with site managers, tenants and clients
Skills & Experience Needed
Proven experience in multi-trade roles (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, decorating)
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management and attention to detail
Full UK driving licence preferred
Relevant trade qualifications or NVQs are desirable
